Mission: Trendy Thrifts partners with Note in the Pocket, a North Carolina nonprofit. Trendy Thrifts works with its customers to provide a unique online thrifting experience by donating profits to Note in the Pocket. We hope this experience brings you increased satisfaction, as all the profits support an amazing cause. We strive to make a positive impact and ensure welfare in our community.

Whom We Serve/How We Serve/Where We Serve: Our project seeks to serve Note in the Pocket, a non-profit that helps provide clothing for impoverished and homeless children in Wake County. Our online thrift store provides monetary and clothing donations to this charity. We also serve our customers through our online store and offer a simple, positive thrifting experience that enables customers to have an impact in the community. All of our profits go to Note in the Pocket as we are driven to help make a difference in people's lives, one article of clothing at a time.
About Note in the Pocket

Motto: Clothing Children with Dignity and Love

Mission: To provide clothing to impoverished and homeless schoolchildren in Wake County with dignity and love. Note in the Pocket believes that it is unacceptable that children are limited in their educational and social development because they do not have appropriate clothes for school.

Whom They Serve/How They Serve/Where They Serve: Note in the Pocket provides clothing for homeless and impoverished students all over Wake County by working with Wake County Public School System(WCPSS), as well as a dozen other agencies. When a school or social service agency referral partner identifies a student living in poverty, they send us a request of the sizes and type of clothing needed, as well as the needs of members of the child's immediate family. Each student receives two weeks' worth of outfits in their specific sizes. Note in the Pocket takes in donations of money, clothing, and supplies from supporters to carry out their mission, so we wanted to step in and help make a difference!
