Why Your Contribution MATTERS

Quality clothing is a basic need. Having quality clothing brings a sense of security and confidence that we should all be able to experience. For many, being able to have the necessary clothing items is not easy and unaffordable. In fact, according to Note in the Pocket,  50,000 children in Wake County itself do not have these basic clothing necessities. Help us give these children something everyone deserves, appropriate and quality clothes. Not having the proper clothing should not be the barrier to a good education and countless other opportunities, everyone should have these privileges. This is why we need your help! Help us fight for welfare, together we can make a great impact!

There are several ways to help us and Note in the Pocket. Take a look at the list below!

1. Purchasing Items

Purchasing items is one great way to support us! You will be helping us as we start building momentum on selling our items, Note in the Pocket will receive all the profits, AND you get cute clothes or accessories! That's a win-win! Everything that you pay that doesn't go towards shipping will go to their non-profit.

If you donate any extra through the payment methods on the payments page, we will have that donated to Note in the Pocket along with your payment from the original order.

2. Clothing Donations to Trendy Thrifts

We accept clothing donations from you! You can both donate items to be sold in our store or send us items to be donated to Note in the Pocket!

We try to limit our spending costs as much as possible so more of your payments go to Note in the Pocket. As a thrift store, we take used, good-quality clothing and sell them for a lower price. We are always looking for more items to sell on our website in order to give you the best shopping experience possible. Please know that if your item is sold, you will not receive any of the profits. All profits are donated to Note in the Pocket. If your item isn't featured on the site or sold after a certain amount of time, it will be donated through our clothing donations to Note in the Pocket.

If you do not want your item to be sold to a second-hand user, you can send it to us with a note that you want it donated to Note in the Pocket through our clothing donations.
