Customer Care & Shipping Policy
Trendy Thrifts will get to any emails and chat messages with inquiries as soon as possible. We promise to ship your items safely. It will take us up to 10 - 14 business days to deliver your order and for the time being, we only ship within the United States. If you are having trouble with your order, please contact us. We want to make your experience shopping with us worthwhile, thank you!
Free Shipping Option For Those In RTP Area
If you live in the RTP area, you have the option of picking up your item(s) from us, meaning no shipping costs! If you would like to do this, please send an email to info@generalservicesfoundation.org. In your email, be sure to add your name and product name(s). We will get back to your email with more information regarding location of pick up.
Note in the Pocket Donations
We assure you that your entire payment - minus the shipping costs if any - will be donated to the non-profit Note in the Pocket. We accept payments through PayPal, Venmo, and cash. If you donate more than the amount your item(s) cost, that too will go towards Note in the Pocket. As proof of donation, Trendy Thrifts will email you a copy of the receipt. Trendy Thrift Donations
We accept clothing donations from you! You can both donate items to be sold in our store or send us items to be donated to Note in the Pocket! We try to limit our spending costs as much as possible to more of your payments go to Note in the Pocket. As a thrift store, we take used, good-quality clothing and sell them for a lower price. We are always looking for more items to sell on our website in order to give you the best shopping experience possible. Please know that if your item is sold, you will not receive any of the profits. All profits are donated to Note in the Pocket. If your item isn't featured or sold after a certain amount of time, it will be donated through our clothing donations to Note in the Pocket. If you do not want your item to be sold to a second-hand user, you can send it to us with a note that you want it donated to Note in the Pocket through our clothing donations. Send an email to info@generalservicesfoundation.org or fill out the form on the "How You Can Help" page on this site to make a clothing donation.
Wholesale Inquiries
As we are a thrift store, we don't take returns unless your item is torn or damaged. We assure you that we only add items to our store that are of good quality. Trendy Thrifts washes and irons all of your clothing before sent out for delivery.
